I hold a space for your luminous subconscious to become alive and share the space of your soul’s calling, calling you back to your true self, your authentic nature and the beauty that always exists deep within. Like a voice that reawakens slowly, we can listen to the beauty of the luminous subconscious in the patterns, visions, sensations and more that we receive as we return to a practice of deep listening, a deep listening that is furthered by the powerful and profound present moment presence of the horses.

My listening practice started as a young child, strengthened by having to deal with nightmares, and so developing a l lucid dreaming practice to protect my peace, to carve out space for my sweet dreams, and to work with the archetypes that exist within. I read everything that I could on dreaming, the dream time, the subconscious, archetypes, magic, myth and metaphor.

As I wove in the medicine of knowledge of the nervous system and its channels scintillating with electricity as they enliven all aspects of the body, I developed a way of holding space for the energetic and soul level of presence, with the wisdom of the nervous system, the brain, the heart centre and more that can detail the specific physical supports aligned with the more subtle energetic centres.

As I deepened into the practice of allowing horses to guide us in this subconscious space, with hours spent daily alone in the company of horses, and hours of guided day retreats with clients, my understanding the unfolding of a personal Inner Myth, replete with Magical Archetypes and Vast Inner Realms and Landscapes, has deepened and it is this space that I welcome you to, to reclaim yourself as a Beautiful Creature alive within the Magical Present Moment, held by your Archetypes and Inner Realms, to reveal your most beautiful Wild Self.

I have included in the guides for this experience, my horses. Over the years, horses have been respected for holding a space for humans that deepens human understanding of the true energy of the moment. I am certified in something called Horse Medicine Leadership that allows me to be with the horses, in an ‘equine facilitated’ way, to have them guide our understanding of the space of my offerings with horses.

My two horses Stirling Galaxy and Chance Apache have come to me over the last two years. Stirling was a horse that I first felt, as a tactile experience in a vision during breathwork with the Pneuma Institute. In the vision, I touched his furry side and saw the dappled grey, then he and I flew through the air on his back, and so he has always held this very magical Pegasus energy for me. He is a horse who has done Horse Medicine offerings with me for over four years, and he continues to draw people in with his magnetic presence. He embodies love in an unapologetic clarity, where that which is not crystal clear as to the intent of love, the safety of love and the fierce and wild protection that is also part of love, is not tolerated. He is a fierce leader, and endlessly a teacher, honing us into more aware humans through his unique presentation and specific purpose.

Chance Apache joined us later, with my intuition speaking that I would one day own him in conversation to a friend - much to my surprise - , before my mind was ready. He stood close to Stirling and through the fence, held such warmth, connection and space for Stirling as he processed some past trauma received long before he came to this mountain valley. Chance Apache holds a medicine of deep nurturing and soft, slow, patient safety in a very slow rhythm that soothes and connects. His name of Apache became apparent when, one day, I was curious how to groom him in a sacred manner, and could not get the word our of my head as I felt his power and his strength. I looked up the word later, to discover that ‘Apache’ is a word for a collection of tribes, and that these peoples held the horse to be different than animals, and to be ‘kin.’

With our herd, is also a Spirit Herd. Having met the Spirit World in a Near Death Experience at the age of ten years old, there is an awareness in me that holds the Spirit World sacred and present, as I walk with healthy skepticism and curiousity as to what is real, in the way of holding space for Spirit. When I first touched on the Intuitive Medicine of Horses, the image presented to me from a card deck was that of the Archetypal and Ancestral Presence of Horses, so I work with this consciously. In this space, I have an Awareness of a Medicine of Lightning, of Light, of a Fierce Wild beauty, and so I call this Space in which I work that of my Lightning Herd.
