COACHING SERVICES POLICIES

The coaching services provided by Maia Love MD are not meant to replace medical services or other services.  By booking an online self directed course, requesting a session, or taking a class, workshop, or being part of a retreat, the participant releases Maia Love MD and any associated parties from any and all liability and responsibility.  When accessing coaching services, you agree that Maia Love MD is not your doctor and is not offering therapy or treatment for any medical or psychiatric condition. Coaching services provided by Maia Love MD represent an executive coaching business with associate copyright and trademark in Canada.

PAYMENT

Coaching sessions are paid in advance.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations for coaching sessions and workshops are accepted more than 21 days, or 3 weeks, in advance. There is a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. For a cancellation before 21 days of your session, you will be able to rebook.  If cancelling with less than 20 days notice, the full fee is forfeit unless there has been an emergency. You may re-book a second and third time. If you re-book a second time and then cancel, the full fee is forfeit without refund. If you rebook a third time and cancel you will not be able to rebook. When booking with associated locations, cancellations & refunds are as per location.

Online courses are non-refundable.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality is strictly adhered to, to protect client privacy, and out of great respect for the sacred process of self development.  However, when communicating on virtual platforms such as Thinkific, Skype, Zoom, Jane App, Doxy.me, Paypal, phone, or email, the secure privacy of the connection can not be guaranteed.  By communicating via these ways, you release Maia Love MD of any and all responsibility for the level of security available through these services.
