Ensure that you are in a private setting where you will not be disturbed, and where your body is comfortable.
Before you begin, set sacred space. In other words, set an energetic space that is safe, that is protected, that allows for only the best, highest, most benevolent and positive energies to be present, to support you. If you are not sure how to do this, then attend one of our workshops.
Listen privately.
Ensure that you have ten minutes afterwards to integrate the experience. You might benefit from a Dreamtime Jounrnal, where you write down the meditation, each time you practice.
Drink a lot of water afterwards.
Do not do this meditation while under the influence of any substances.
