In this meeting, we review your interest in coaching services with me, whether this is related to personal growth, burnout prevention, executive coaching, leadership development, mentorship, or the horse medicine sessions. Together, we will review where you are at currently, both physically and ideologically, and where you would like to develop moving forwards, and how you would like to grow. At the end of the session, we will have time to discuss your next best steps.
As a reminder, coaching sessions are not for medical or psychiatric assessment, diagnosis or treatment, but rather for personal growth, executive and leadership development, and/or evolving your connection with horses.
Details: This session is for one hour, online, through a virtual video link. After the session, you will receive a written summary of what was reviewed, and the next steps that you decided upon. During the session, we will also have the opportunity to review possible future coaching opportunities, if suited.
Logistics: The Coaching Introduction Session is prepaid, non-refundable, but can be rescheduled due to emergency or urgent situations, with at least 7 days notice, for a maximum of two reschedules. Booking is only available during the hours of 10 am to 8 pm, Monday to Thursday, on Pacific Standard Time.
