HORSE NIDRA: WHERE HORSES AND DREAMS MEET
A community event to gather, learn, and practice, skills for resting and restoring the collective nervous system with intentional rest practices. Based in the evidence-based research on the neuroscience of intentional rest, the practices that pull you into the liminal space of the daydream also contribute to a measurable change in the state of your nervous system, which then contributes to the community’s collective nervous system. During this event, also touch on how to enter this space with your horses, for an enriched experience of the silent energy of connection. Join us for a community event where, in learning more about the practice of Horse Nidra, you remember how to dream deeper and learn skills for community living.

“"Horses don't connect through cues only—they connect through nervous system safety... rhythmic resonance, from Nervous system to nervous system, that pulls us into rest and remembering how to dream.”
